Dayana Mendoza

Born and raised in Colombia, Dayana carries the medicine of her ancestors and the stories of survival, strength, and awakening. Even in the darkest moments, Spirit whispered to her, and eventually she began to listen. She chose to let Spirit route the way, reclaiming her voice, her power, and her path.
Today she walks as a warrior, mother, medicine woman, and space holder, curating transformational retreats across Spain, Mexico, Colombia, and Egypt, weaving ancestral medicine, intentional sisterhood, and embodied healing.

Danny Verdad

Daniel Verdad is a beloved teacher and ceremonial guide who serves our community with devotion. Raised in a small village in central Mexico, Danny grew up immersed in healing, spirit, and everyday miracles, forming a lineage that continues to nurture the mind, body, and soul.
With a background in teaching and public speaking, he bridges ancestral wisdom with modern insight, rooted in the Toltec tradition. His words carry universal truths and his presence invites remembrance.
He is our ceremony teacher, poet, singer, and sacred storyteller. As a gifted musician and guide, Danny walks with integrity: his words heal, his songs awaken, and his ceremonies are shaped by years of devotion to his calling.
At Spirit Routes he holds space for beauty, truth, and transformation. He teaches by example, reminding us that sacred leadership begins within.
Tony
Tony brings nearly two decades of emergency response together with a deep commitment to sacred medicine, healing, and service. As a firefighter engineer and first responder, he offers a grounded, steady presence in our ceremonial spaces, helping participants feel supported both physically and emotionally.
Known within our community as our Spirit Responder, Tony understands that tending to someone in ceremony goes beyond physical safety. His approach honors the whole person, body, mind, heart, and spirit, with the calm discernment that comes from years of responding to people in life's most vulnerable moments.
He has walked alongside people through preparation, ceremony, and integration for years, bringing compassion, humor, strength, and a deeply protective presence to the container.
His service is rooted in a simple intention: to help create a space where people can surrender into their healing knowing they are cared for, respected, and never walking the journey alone.
Natema
Mama Natema is an elder, medicine woman, and the loving steward of the land we call the Lake House. With more than two decades walking alongside sacred plant medicines, she carries a deep relationship with ceremony, the Earth, and the energetic healing properties of crystals.
She tends the land and the sacred container that holds our retreats. Her grounding, nurturing presence reminds us that ceremony is not only about the medicine we receive, but about our relationship with the Earth, our bodies, and the spaces that hold us.
As a crystal alchemist she works intuitively with an extensive collection, offering her "Crystal Inoculator" sessions during retreats: a space to rest, recharge, and reconnect after deep ceremonial work. She is also an artisan, weaving intention and reverence into handmade leather medicine bags.
She is one of the heartbeats of the Lake House, a keeper of the land, and a beautiful reminder of what it means to live in reciprocity with Mother Earth.
