Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to participate

By registering for any Spirit Routes retreat, ceremony, or session, you agree to be fully responsible for your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being throughout the experience. Our offerings are not medical treatments and are not a substitute for licensed healthcare.

2. Payments and deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space. Full payment is due by the deadline provided. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial credit toward a future offering. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event.

3. Transfers

If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another individual or applied to a future offering, with prior approval.

4. Participation guidelines

Participants must be at least 18 years of age. You agree to show up with respect for yourself, others, and the sacred nature of our work. Disruptive or harmful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Confidentiality and respect

You agree to honor the privacy and experiences of others by maintaining confidentiality. What is shared in ceremony and sacred space stays within that space.

Waiver of Liability

By attending a Spirit Routes retreat, ceremony, or private session, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

• You voluntarily participate in activities that may include emotional, energetic, or spiritual release, and assume full responsibility for your health and safety.
• You have disclosed any relevant health concerns and understand that some offerings may not be appropriate for certain medical conditions.
• You release Spirit Routes, its facilitators, partners, and collaborators from any and all liability for injury, loss, damage, or harm resulting from your participation.
• You agree that you have not been coerced and are participating of your own free will, with an understanding of what these offerings entail.
• You understand that no medical advice is given, and that any practices, tools, or recommendations are offered from a spiritual perspective only.

Photo and Video Consent

During our gatherings we may capture moments of ceremony and community through photos or video. These images may be used for promotional or educational purposes by Spirit Routes. By participating you consent to being photographed or recorded, unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.

Your agreement

By submitting your registration or payment, you agree to these terms, this waiver, and this consent.
