Sacred Sponsorship: A Path of Collective Healing

At Spirit Routes, we hold the belief that healing is a human right, not a luxury. Not everyone has the financial means to attend a wellness retreat, yet we know the profound transformation such experiences can offer. That is why we created the Spirit Routes Sponsorship Fund: a heart-led initiative rooted in reciprocity, inclusion, and community.

Spirit Routes was born from years of service through our original platform, Heal the Heroes. We held space for many courageous individuals, helpers, healers, and everyday heroes, quietly carrying deep wounds of their own.

As we listened, we saw the same truth again and again:
Healing was needed, but often out of reach.

We created Spirit Routes to shift that. To offer sacred spaces that are accessible. To build a new system rooted in reciprocity and collective care. The Sacred Sponsorship Fund is how we make this vision real.

The path of a gift

From Your Gift to Their Circle

Every $1,500 fully sponsors one participant on their journey to healing, connection, and remembrance. Partial contributions are welcome, and are pooled together to fund a full sponsorship.

  1. Contribute. Your donation, whatever its size, becomes a beacon of hope.
  2. Selection. During our discovery process we identify individuals in need of financial support. Those who feel called are invited to submit a short video, two to three minutes, sharing their story, what they are navigating, and what they hope to receive from the retreat.
  3. Choosing. Those videos are shared with you, if you would like to see them, so you can connect with their stories and choose someone to support. If you would rather, we select a recipient on your behalf with deep care and integrity.
  4. Reflection. To honor the gift, each sponsored guest is invited to record a follow-up video or voice note sharing how the retreat affected them. These come to you, so you can witness the ripple of your generosity.
  5. The annual gathering. Once a year we host a gathering where sponsors and sponsored participants meet, in person or virtually, share stories, and celebrate the power of community and collective healing.
